These were taken from design through planning to completion, including fit out, often in no more than 10 months.

Key projects included: St Davids Centre, Cardiff, a £350 million mixed use scheme, creating a masterplan for the city centre, including the design of the new Grande Arcade and Department Store, apartments and leisure within a new public realm; Sittingbourne, a 185 acre site for 1500 new homes, 400,00 sqft of retail and leisure activities, infrastructure and Creek side area instigating a major town expansion and town centre vision.
